Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 1 February 2026

Our Commitment

SENScribe is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility. It defines three conformance levels: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

SENScribe is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Measures We Take

SENScribe AI takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Include accessibility as a requirement in our development process
  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate
  • Ensure sufficient colour contrast throughout the interface
  • Provide keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
  • Test with screen readers and other assistive technologies
  • Regularly review and update our accessibility practices

Technical Specifications

SENScribe relies on the following technologies:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (React/Next.js)
  • WAI-ARIA

These technologies are used in conjunction with the accessibility features of your browser and any assistive technology you may use.

Browser Compatibility

SENScribe is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies and browsers:

  • Modern versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
  • Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Browser zoom up to 200%

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, you may encounter some limitations:

  • AI-generated content: Content generated by our AI may not always follow optimal accessibility patterns. We recommend reviewing and formatting outputs as needed.
  • Third-party content: Some embedded content from external services may not meet the same accessibility standards.

We are actively working to address these limitations.
